Temporary to Hire

Our Temporary-to-Hire program allows you the ability to sample the work of a potential employee before making the critical ‘to-hire’ decision. This program works well for companies that need to staff short-term projects with excellent employees, who can be internalized into the organization if the project is extended or if it makes sense to keep a talented employee in the family.

A potential employee is hired as a Placement Strategies employee and then assigned to work for our client. This arrangement saves the client the cost of payroll and employee benefits during the evaluation period. Typically, this method involves an hourly rate and a sliding scale conversion fee, depending upon the amount of time spent on the job prior to the hiring decision.
