A potential employee is hired as a Placement Strategies employee and then assigned to work for our client. This arrangement saves the client the cost of payroll and employee benefits during the evaluation period. Typically, this method involves an hourly rate and a sliding scale conversion fee, depending upon the amount of time spent on the job prior to the hiring decision.
